🌿 Cultivation & Winemaking
From a vineyard certified High Environmental Value (HVE), Cuvée 1866 embodies both passion for the craft and respect for life.
Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, without filtration, fining, lysozyme, or any other allergens — only sulfites (SO₂) are used during harvest and vinification.
Crafted from old vines, this singular creation was born from the selection of two “coup de cœur” tanks personally chosen by the daughters of the Maison.

• Appearance: Brilliant golden hue
• Nose: Expressive and complex, combining exotic fruit notes (mango, passion fruit, pineapple) with white fruits (pear, peach, quince), elevated by iodized, honeyed, and spicy nuances
• Palate: Clean and fresh, supported by a lovely orange-toned acidity that extends gracefully into a long, elegant finish
