A delicate and refined Blanc de Blancs, crafted from the heart of the cuvée and the finest Chardonnay plots, symbolizing precision and elegance.

🌿 Cultivation & Winemaking
Produced in a vineyard certified High Environmental Value (HVE), the Cuvée Cupidon reflects respect for nature and the excellence of artisanal craftsmanship.
Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no filtration, fining, lysozyme, or other allergens — only sulfites (SO₂) are used during harvest and vinification.
This cuvée is made 100% from Chardonnay, carefully selected from the vineyard’s finest parcels for its exceptional heart of the cuvée (9 hectolitres out of 10 per marc of 4000 kg).
Each vintage is limited to 1,850 bottles, ensuring exclusivity and quality.
