Crafted in a vineyard certified High Environmental Value (HVE), the Cuvée Pana exemplifies the pursuit of excellence and respect for nature.
Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no filtration, fining, lysozyme, or other allergens — only sulfites (SO₂) are used during harvest and vinification.
Made from old vines, this cuvée reflects the richness of the soil and the full maturity of the fruit.
The blend varies depending on the yield of the five selected plots at the heart of the vineyard, revealing the essence of the terroir.
